Schnitzels & Parmaz
We have 5 schnitzels on our standard menu but we’re always experimenting with different meats we can ‘schnitzelize’ so you can be sure we’ll be coming up with some great tasting options for you to try in the future.We’re currently experimenting with a King Prawn Schnitzel and Eggplant Schnitzel. If you have any suggestions for what we should ‘schnitzelize’ then please let us know. We'll experiment with your suggestion, let you know our verdict, and if it's amazing we'll include the dish as a special in our stores.
Don't want crumbs?
We also have crumb-less Moroccan Chicken Filletz which are a hit with anyone that doesn’t feel like bread-crumbs. You can replace the schnitzel in all our Rollz & Wrapz with this tasty alternative or have it with our Saladz (see below for details).
Schnitzels
Note: All our schnitzels are made fresh to order using only the finest quality meats and ingredients – nothing processed!
Chicken Schnitzel
Our Chicken Schnitzel is made from the best quality chicken breast and is tenderized in-store. It is always cooked until it is golden brown and the chicken is always succulent. Once you’ve tried our Chicken Schnitzel every other schnitzel will taste inferior.
Beef Schnitzel
We use only the finest beef when making our Beef Schnitzel – the beef is never overcooked to ensure your Beef Schnitzel is always soft enough to bite through.
Pork Schnitzel
Our Pork Schnitzel is made from tender pork fillets and is cooked to perfection. Pork never tasted so good.
Fish Schnitzel
We use delicious Red Emperor fillets in our Fish Schnitzel. It’s the perfect companion to our famous Chipz.
Vegetarian Schnitzel
For the discerning Vegetarian; our Vegetarian Schnitzel is made from a range of Julienne cut vegetables including: carrot, zucchini, cabbage, grilled Spanish onion, Japanese pumpkin and spinach. We put the vegetables in our own tempura pancake batter, cook the tempura pancakes then crumb them to create a taste sensation unlike any other.
Parmaz
If it’s a great parmigiana you crave then ask to have your favourite schnitzel transformed into one of our delicious Parmaz. We use home-made napolitana sauce and premium mozzarella cheese.
Moroccan Chicken
If you don’t feel like crumbs why not try our tender Moroccan Chicken Filletz. Made from premium chicken pieces and coated in a special blend of Moroccan spices these are sure to hit your taste buds for six!
