Here are some reviews our satisfied customers have written about Schnitz...Your Restaurants Review
The sophomore Schnitz cafe to arrive in Melbourne, this CBD outlet specialises in authentic beef, pork, chicken, fish and vegetarian schnitzels, made fresh and with cholesterol-free vegetable oil. The range of rolls, wraps and salads reads like the European Union, featuring selections like the "Swiss Schnitz", with a schnitzel of your choice, Swiss cheese, avocado, semi-dried tomato, baby spinach and sweet chilli mayo. The kid's packs and meal packs offer extra value if you're still hungry.

Need your daily dose of Schnitz? The almighty Austrian invention that is the schnitzel is going even more mainstream in Melbourne with a handful of Schnitz cafes opening up around the city.
It all started here in 2007, when this Queen Street sandwich bar brought a new kind of schnitzel to the fore: the healthy schnitzel. That's right, these schnitzels are not deep-fried, but rather made fresh and pan-fried in cholesterol-free vegetable oil.
All of the beef, chicken, pork, fish and vegetable schnitzels can be had in an array of wraps, rolls or salads suited to the on-the-go professional who wants takeaway, or the lazy daydreamer happy to perch at a table inside.

From Austria to Australia, the schnitzel has brought boundless pleasure to the palates of many people. Now, Melbournians can experience authentic schnitzels guilt-free at Schnitz, a relatively young chain of cafes spreading across the city.
Serving made-to-order, pan-fried schnitzels, this cafe and takeaway bar serves chicken, beef, pork, vegetarian and fish schnitzels that are made with 100 percent real meat and absolutely no deep-frying.
These schnitzels can be savoured in rolls, wraps, salads and value-for-money combos.

It's more common for a bad experience to be spoken about than a good experience, so I'd just like to thank the Richmond Schnitz store on their service and food as both were outstanding. Definitely going back!

Hi, My name is Phil and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Schnitz Richmond. I've never written to a restaurant before, but i thought so highly of my experience that it should receive the credit it deserves.
Upon entering the store with a friend, we were immediately greeted by friendly employees, asking how our day was and appearing genuinely interested. The head chef from the kitchen called to the waitress to organise sample schnitzels for us to try, which we were pleasantly suprised with and didn't expect especially considering we had already chosen to eat there.
It was nice to have something small to eat whilst reading the menu and waiting for the meal to arrive. The waiting staff were all extremely friendly above and beyond what one would expect from restaurant staff.
The actual meal was one of the best I have had in recent memory. The schitzel was definitely the tastiest out of any place I had previously been and the chips (which had been upgraded to a large by the friendly staff at no extra cost) were mouth watering.
The meal was fairly priced and good value, which I personally appreciate being a student. When we exited the store we were farewelled by all of the staff and invited to come back, even the chef shouted out from the kitchen. Overall I must say it was an unforgettable experience.
I will definitely be returning to the Richmond Schnitz many more times and have already introduced friends to it. Best of luck for the Hawthorn store, and I will be visiting once it opens.
Thanks,
Phil
