Roman Dyduk is a Director of Schnitz Franchising Pty Ltd and is responsible for overseeing Site Selection, Store Design, Store Fitout & Training (Kitchen). He has over 35 years experience in setting up and operating cafes and restaurants and is involved in all aspects of a setting up new Schnitz Franchise stores including finding the best, high traffic location, negotiating rent and overseeing the fitout/construction works of new stores. Andrew Dyduk is a Director of Schnitz Franchising Pty Ltd and is involved in Franchise Sales, Franchise/Store Marketing, IT Systems and Administration for Schnitz Franchising and our Franchisee stores. Andrew has grown up with hospitality and has over 10 years experience marketing businesses. Andrew works with new Franchisees to help them promote their store and helps them attract and retain great customers, improve average dollar sales and generate higher revenues and profits.Contact Details

Tom Dyduk is in charge of Operations Management, Training and HR at Schnitz Franchising Pty Ltd. Tom has 13 years experience in setting up and operating restaurants and cafes and is involved in training new Franchisees on how to run their Schnitz Franchise efficiently and profitably. Tom provides training on all aspects of running a new business including how to recruit, train and retain great staff to ensure our Franchisee's business is a success.
