Expansion Strategy

Schnitz is set to become an Australian success story. We'll be looking to grow the brand throughout Australia however our initial focus is on growing the brand in Melbourne.

The following is an insight into how Schnitz plans to grow its brand by opening stores in high-traffic, well-researched locations:

Stage 1 is focussed on Melbourne's CBD, strip-shops in high-traffic precincts and sites in prominent shopping centre food courts (see Franchise Opportunities for location details);


Stage 2 of our national Expansion Strategy will include opening stores in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast:
  • Sydney CBD (high traffic precincts and shopping centres);
  • Brisbane CBD (high traffic precincts and shopping centres);
  • Gold Coast,
  • Sunshine Coast.

Stage 3 will see Schnitz stores opening in Adelaide and Perth.
  • Adelaide CBD (high-traffic precincts and shopping centres);
  • Perth CBD (high-traffic precincts and shopping centres).

Stage 4 is aimed at targeting sites in regional areas of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.

Stage 5 of our expansion will look at gaining a presence in other cities such as Hobart, Canberra and Darwin.


Stage 6 will be the introduction of Schnitz into other countries around the world located in Asia, North America and Europe.
