Schnitz is a fast casual food franchise unlike any other. It is the first Schnitzel Franchise in Australia (and probably the world!), offering a delicious range of made-to-order schnitzels served in warm Turkish Rollz, soft Tortilla Wrapz and various Schnitz Meal Packz and Schnack Packz. If you feel like ‘stepping things up a notch’ then why not turn your favourite schnitzel into a parmigiana. We use home-made napolitana and premium mozzarella cheese when making our Parmaz.

We also have a range of healthy Saladz and if you don’t feel like crumbs you can enjoy our mouth-watering Moroccan Chicken Filletz. Our customers also just can’t get enough of our crunchy Chipz – made with Tom’s secret seasoning recipe (a recipe which he spent 3 months perfecting!).

All items on our Menu are made using only the finest ingredients from quality Australian suppliers. Our food is prepared daily, using market fresh produce that meets the expectations of even our fussiest clientele. Our customers can expect a large selection of our famous Pan Cooked Schnitzels – the kind of schnitzels that have our customers waiting in huge lunch-time lines and talking about to their friends.
